Kiff Kontent Policies

This document outlines the operational framework, terms of service, and client obligations for all Kiff Kontent orders. These policies are designed to ensure a professional, efficient, and high-quality creative production process.

1. General Provisions

Kiff Kontent refers to organic visual storytelling assets (Static, Carousel, and Motion) designed for media platforms. By placing an order, the client agrees to the following terms and creative production cycles.

2. Payment Policy

  • Pay First Requirement: All Kiff Kontent services operate on a “Pay First” basis.
  • Commencement of Work: Strategic messaging, creative conceptualization, and design work will only begin once full payment has been confirmed.
  • Service Scope: Payment covers the creative production and project management of the assets; it does not include any third-party advertising spend.

3. Production Lead Times

Lead times are calculated from the moment payment is confirmed and all required brand assets (logos, brand guides, etc.) are received.

  • Static Kontent: Minimum 3 business days.
  • Carousel Kontent: Minimum 5 business days.
  • Motion Kontent: Minimum 7 business days (due to complex animation and sound synchronization).

Note: Orders required sooner than these stated periods may be subject to rush-order surcharges, pending availability.

4. Revision & Refinement Policy

We follow a Three-Phase Refinement process to ensure the final output aligns with client expectations.

  • Included Revisions: Each order includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions.
  • Scope of Revisions: Revisions cover adjustments to visual elements, copy tweaks, and layout alignment.
  • Additional Charges: Any revision requests made after the third round has been completed will incur additional service fees.
  • Strategic Lock-in: Revisions cannot be used to change the core “Kontent Mission” or “Strategic Messaging” once those have been approved in the initial phase.

5. Strategic Integrity & Mission

  • Mission Definition: The “Kontent Mission” and “Strategic Messaging” are established at the start of the project to guide the creative direction.
  • No Post-Messaging Changes: Clients are not permitted to change the fundamental mission or goal of the content once the strategic messaging phase is finalized. A change in mission constitutes a new order.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Strategic Work Protection: Due to the intensive nature of the strategy and research phase, no refunds will be issued once the Strategic Messaging phase has been completed.
  • Pre-Strategy Cancellations: Cancellations made before the commencement of strategic work may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

7. Creative Project Management

  • Asset Management: Kiff manages all internal design assets, stock licensing, and production cycles to ensure brand consistency.
  • Final Delivery: Completed assets will be delivered in the agreed-upon formats (JPG, PNG, MP4, etc.) via a secure download link.
  • Project Archiving: Kiff will maintain project files for a period of 30 days post-delivery. Requests for file retrieval after this period may be subject to a retrieval fee.

Kiff reserves the right to update these policies at any time to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
